Bookings
Prior booking is not necessary for general x-ray examinations and you are welcome to visit any of our departments during our normal hours for these examinations without an appointment.
We prefer you to make an appointment for special x-ray examinations and ultrasound examinations as specific preparation for these examinations may be necessary.
Pre-booking is necessary for mammography and bone densitometry examinations.
Pre-booking is essential for CT and MR examinations as pre-authorisation by your medical aid scheme is mandatory. We will gladly assist you in obtaining this pre-authorisation.
Walk-in patients will always be accommodated where possible. There may be a delay before the procedure is performed if authorisation is required and/or preparation is necessary prior to the test.
